Stopped for lunch on a motorcycle ride out we asked for Sausage egg and chips which wasn't on the menu but they said not a problem. We both enjoyed the food especially the homemade chips and the pot of tea for two. My top tip try the chips!

We enjoyed a pot of tea and two large scones. The teapot and the ample amount of milk meant that we could get 3 cups of tea each so great value.

Very friendly, good affordable food and surprisingly good atmosphere. Stopped off here during a long drive and was initially confused entering the caravan site but it actually added a charm to our lunch. We also arrived just after a big party of people, and the kitchen is small, so we were warned apologetically that food may take longer (~20 mins). It was no trouble to us though as a leg stretch and a nosy round some expensive caravans was great to break up the journey. Everyone enjoyed their food and the staff were a delight. A surprise highlight to the trip!
